System Administrator – VoIP System/Cloud Communication
We are looking for an experienced and energetic system administrator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for managing a cloud call center solution including call center VoIP system and call management software.
Here’s where you come in…
Responsible for network administration, including routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
Call center software configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
Troubleshooting of call routing and call queuing.
Monitoring and maintaining the uptime of call center systems.
Do you have the keys to success?
3+ years of related (system administrator) experience with a reputed organization.
Previous experience from a major BPO/ Telecom firm is desired.
Deep knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and call center systems.
Experience with call centers software and hardware, such as PBX systems and IP phones.
Strong understanding of call center metrics and reporting, such as call volume, abandonment rate, and average call handle time.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc will be an added advantage.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
